Preparing documentation needed in export in the shortest possible time, such as:
Commercial documents (e.g. commercial invoice, bill of lading, airway bill, bill of exchange, letter of credit)
Documents required by importing countries (e.g. consular invoice, certificate of origin, customs invoices, certified invoice)
Coordinating with insurance agencies to facilitate obtaining and purchasing appropriate insurance coverage, in order to cover political and commercial risks
Consulting and Exchanging of information with importers in order to help marketing, promotion, distribution and selling agricultural inputs, machines, know-how and technologies
Identifying potential Buyers or distributors/sales agents to form distribution and sales channels
Getting the necessary permits and licenses to import agricultural inputs
Designing cooperation mechanisms; formulating strategic alliances and providing drafts of agreements, legal documents and contracts in order to facilitate marketing, promotion, distribution and selling of agricultural products, inputs and technologies.
